Aamir Khan's team reacts to VIRAL campaign video!

Aamir Khan was recently featured in a video that went viral and received a lot of attention online. The star forewarned his fans against the "Jumlas," as the video showed. Social media users are sharing this video in the lead-up to the Lok Sabha elections. The official spokesman for Laal Singh Chaddha, however, declared today that this video is fake in an official statement.

 

According to an official statement from Aamir Khan's publicist, in his 35-year career, the PK actor has never supported a political party. The statement revealed, “He has dedicated his efforts to raising public awareness through Election Commission public awareness campaigns for many past elections.”

 

The statement further revealed, “We are alarmed by the recent viral video alleging that Aamir Khan is promoting a particular political party. He would like to clarify that this is a fake video and totally untrue. He has reported the matter to various authorities related to this issue, including filing an FIR with the Cyber Crime Cell of the Mumbai Police. Mr. Khan would like to urge all Indians to come out and vote and be an active part of our electoral process.”
